Many animals in overcrowded shelters in Pasadena have been brought to San Diego rescue organizations to help the influx of pets displaced by the wildfires. To help alleviate the cost of supplies, The Dog Society and Traci's Paws have teamed up to provide a donation collection site from Monday, January 13th to Sunday, January 19th for our beneficiaries, Lionel's Legacy and The Animal Pad!

We currently have 42 items on that are under $10.00 and
101 items that are between $10.01 - $20.00 that you can order for these rescue dogs!
 

How can you help?

1. Donate items from the lists below

2. Volunteer to help organize and distribute donations at The Dog Society

3. Pick up and Transport donations from The Dog Society to Lionel's Legacy and The Animal Pad on Sunday, January 19th

 

Items needed are very specific to the pets in need (especially the food) and are the following:

 

The Animal Pad: 

• All sized crates. They may be used but must be clean. New crates may be purchased here, on Traci's Paws Chewy Wish List

 

Lionel's Legacy:

• Small and Medium collars, leashes, and harnesses

• The Honest Kitchen Dehydrated Beef Dog food

• NutriSource Adult Dry Dog food, Lamb Meal, and Rice

• Pee Pads

• Belly bands for male dogs

 

All items may be dropped off inside The Dog Society
Monday - Saturday, from 1 pm to 9 pm
Sunday until 12 pm (and you may win a Traci's Paws pint glass to stay and have a coke or beer!)
