Military Vet Care Sponsorship Fund
In the previous 8 years through Unleash the Holiday Cheer and with the help of amazing donors, Traci's Paws sponsored pet adoption fees and helped save approximately 300 homeless pets by uniting them with military and veteran families.
In 2024, due to the overwhelming rehoming requests we've received in general, not from our families we sponsored adoption fees for, we decided to focus on pet families staying together instead of creating new pet families.
This way, the pets in need facing rehoming can receive FREE vet care and remain in the home they already know and love instead of going to the shelter, a rescue, or a new home.
For our 10th annual Unleash the Holiday Cheer event, we will extend Free Vet Care Vouchers to all families facing economic hardship for the remainder of 2025 and into 2026, as long as funds are available.
We want to thank our 2025-2026 vet care partners, Lionel's Legacy with their "Free to Chew Dental Clinic", Spay Neuter Action Project, for spay & neuter surgeries, and SDHS Community Vet for general low-cost vet care.
